When viewing Contacts in my main Contacts screen, the
individual Contacts appear in last name order. However,
when viewing Contacts in the Address Book, they are
ordered by first name. Is there a way to change this?

Double click on a name in your contact list, if you look
on the left hand side where it read,"File As:" click on
the down arrow and it gives you choices on how you would
like to file your contact in the address book. This lets
you arrange your contact/address list as you would like to
see it as.

Thanks,
Maria

Double-click on a specific contact. If you look on the
left hand side of the contact informtation you should see
on the 4th line that reads: "File As:" click the down
arrow button and Outlook gives you some choices on how you
would like to file and view your contact information that
you submitted. This should help.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I know about this, but it
only changes the order the names appear in the main
Contacts screen, but not in the Address Book. Again,
thanks.
