Contacts from two accounts?

I have a client who moved from a large legal office into a two
computer/person office. They have been demanding all of the functionality of
the large corporate backend but not wanting to pay or require the servers etc.
So one computer/user's Outlook is opening the other computer/user's PST
file. The second user isn't there very often so this works just fine for her
to see the contacts and emails.
She has called and complained that when she goes to send an email she cannot
see the second user's contacts in the To box.
Is there any way to allow her to 'see' both accounts contacts in the To: box?

If she's accessing the PST via a network share, then she's risking losing all
the data in that PST.
She has called and complained that when she goes to send an email she cannot
see the second user's contacts in the To box.
Is there any way to allow her to 'see' both accounts contacts in the To:
box?

If she has that PST open in her mail profile, then all she needs to do is
right-click the Contacts folder in that PST, choose Properties, select the
Outlook Address Book tab, and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book".
