A couple of users on our network have reported this: They configure their
Outlook 2002 profile to open 2 mailboxes, their own plus a resource mailbox
of which they are an owner. They then find that the contacts for the 2
mailboxes have become merged, the contents of each 'contacts' folder is now
identical and is a combination of each mailbox's contacts.
This only happens occaisionally, I have not been able to replicate it.
However when it does happen it is permanent and the merged contacts are seen
by all the users who access the resource mailbox, until manually cleaned up.
Has anyone seen this problem?
Many thanks,
