Can (2) separate Contact Folders be set up in Widows Mail...

I would like to be able to have (2) separate folders with the ability to
import addresses to each and be able to switch back and forth.

Not in Windows Mail, but Windows Live Mail allows you to
have as many different contacts lists as you want.

Can you run Windows Live Mail & Windows Mail side by side? ... In other
words, if I download Windows Live Mail will it replace Windows Mail?

Installing Windows Live Mail does not make Windows Mail
go away. I've been running both programs side by side since

I don't think it warns you about duplicates.
However, if you sign in to Windows Live Mail with a Live ID,
you can take advantage of the "Clean up duplicate contacts"
tool at http://contacts.live.com.
