Leona,
Are you using an Exchange Server? If so you can share your contacts by
granting permissions to another user. Right Click on Contacts - Goto to
Permissions. Click on Add and choose the level of access you would like to
grant.
The person being granted access can then see your contacts by clicking on
File - Open Other Folders. - Choosing your name and selecting contacts in
the dropdown menu.
The other options is to use the Import/Export feature under the File Menu.
You should be able to export the data to a floppy. Then whomever will be
using the contacts can import them.
If possible I would share instead of doing the import/export as the contacts
will not be in synch with each other.
