Hi,
I have a .pst with only one folder, of type Contacts, named "Contactos". I
opened it in office 2003, and now I am not seeing that folder. Only folders
availables are
- Deleted Items
- Search Folders
However, under Properties-FileSize for the PST, I can see the Contactos
folder, and all subfolders below it. In fact, I can see all 775K of data.

I have read about the problem of "Contacts not showing in Address Book" but
this problem is different, since I can't see the contacts folder. If I can't
see that folder, I can't right click on it.

Any ideas?

Try switching to the Contacts or Folder List navigation pane.

Thanks Sue,

I am using Navigation Pane. In fact, I click on "+Contactos", go to View
menu, and Navigation Pane has a check.

May I send You a jpg of my problem? Maybe that will clarify things. My
e-mail is (e-mail address removed)

Regards,

Leo

That's not what I suggested. The Navigation Pane can display several possible panes. The Folder List pane is the only one that will show all your folders. Have you looked there?

If you have a screen shot, post it and provide the URL. Do not put your private email address in any newsgroup post unless you want to receive more spam than you already do.

Sorry for my confusion.. now it worked!

I had to select under Go menu, the option Folder List.

Thanks a lot,

Leo
