Contacts Errors

I had to do a backup of Outlook from one machine to load on to another
machine. Every thing worked great except when I try to go to the Address book
from the tools menu, there are two contacts in a drop down box. The first one
errors out, but if I choose the 2nd one everything is there and I can update
as normal. How do I get rid of the first one that errors out when I go into
the address book. I am running Office XP from both machines. Another note,
the contacts list on the left side in the Mailbox works fine. Thanks in
advance for any help.

You broke the Outlook Address Book service by migrating incorrectly. You
should be able to fix it, though, with Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change
existing directories or address books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and
click Change. Remove all references to Contacts. Click OK, click Finish.
Stop and restart Outlook. Now right-click the Contacts folder, choose
Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab and check the box labeled
"Display this folder as an e-mail Address Book".
