Contacts error

Running SBS2000 (Exch2k) with the latest service pack and
Outlook
2002 on all clients.

On a client, he is getting:

Trouble is, this article is for Outlook 2000
(Tools>Services) - I cannot see Services in the Tools menu
in Outlook 2002.

How do I resolve this???
