Is this Outlook2003? If yes, you need to add the Outlook Address Book
service to Outlook. Tools-Options->Mail Setup->Directories->Add.

After furious head scratching, Bones asked:
| I have a similar problem. I am trying to import my contacts to
| Outlook 2002 (Office XP) and I'm successful in getting my Contacts to
| be there, but not my Outlook Address Book.
|
| When I right click on Contacts and look at the Outlook Address Book
| tab, I see the checkbox for making Contacts my address book (which is
| unchecked) but the wording is greyed out so I am unable to check the
| box. Help please!
