Hi group,
A client using Outlook 2000 is having a problem with the Contacts Folder,
whereby the shaded header bar for each Contact does not show the contact
name (Mcfarlane, Norman or Norman McFarlane) as one would expect. The bar is
blank.
I have looked at the Full Name filed for each contact, and it is correctly
populated, as is the File As field.
I've looked around but cannot find any sort of setting to change this. Does
anybody have a clue as to what the problem might be?
Regards,
Norman

Check the view properties - what field is set for the top? Or just reset it
to restore the original view.

For either, right click on the row of field names and choose Customize.
