Contacts/Distribution List Corruption Errors

System: Vista Ulitimate/Outlook 2007. Basically a stand-alone PC although
linked to some other PCs/Printers via ethernet/router (no file servers).

He has one PST file, and two email accounts setup with this one PST, both
emails are POP3. So only 1 user is accessing the email account.

This user has an iPhone 3G that synchs with this PST file - synching
calendar and contacts. Does not synch any Outlook data with any other PC/PST
file.

PROBLEM: User is having problems with his Contacts list. Contacts are
randomly disappearing and/or becoming corrupt.

Also - having problems with Distribution Lists randomly becoming corrupt and
unable to use.

We have deleted the DLs, recreate them and still have problems - perhaps due
to corrupt Contacts?

Things I've done:
1. I have exported the contacts list to a Windows(csv) file, deleted all the
contacts and then imported the names back into the Contacts folder.

2. Ran scanpst.exe on the PST file.

3. Appears all available updates have been applied.

4. Deleted and recreated DLs / contacts - but problems persist.

Would be very appreciative of any suggestions about what might wrong and how
to fix it.

Have you checked the apple forums? The problem is with the iphone/sync process, not outlook.
