Contacts disappearing

We use Microsoft Exchange/Outlook 2002. We have a public
folder set up for company wide contacts. They have been
disappearing and/or reverting back to address from 3
years ago. This is annoying...what do we need to do to
fix it?
 
There are numberous things that could account for this.

1) someone using "private" settings
2) View set for filter
3) Exchange DB...

You need to ask your Exchange administrator about
this. Perhaps something has been changed that caused
this to occur.
