Contacts disappear seems to be random

Outlook 2003 entries disappear from contacts. Happens every couple of weeks
and is a different contact each time. This is the CEO addressbokk, but is
only updated by his Admin. He does have a blackberry.

Blackberry software has been known to cause some very odd Outlook
side-effects. I don't know if this is one of them, but disable the
Blackberry add-in and test.

Not being familiar with Blackberries, I can't state the names of the
add-ins, but the one you name is a likely suspect.

I, too, am having this problem. I save a contact, check in my contact to ensure it is there, then a few days later, it is no longer there. Has anyone found a solution to this problem? It is ongoing, and always a different contact, but usually one that has been recently added.
