I recently purchased a new computer with Outlook 2003 installed. I copied
my PST file from my old computer (running outlook 2000) to my new computer
and set this file to be my default file in Outlook 2003. My inbox,
calendar, personal folders, tasks, and contacts all came over properly.
However, whenever I try to send a new message and click the button to bring
up the address book, I get the following error message:
"The Address List could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted, or you do not have permissions. For more information on how to
remove this folder from teh Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office
Outlook Help."
What does this mean, and how to I regain functional use of my contacts
folder as my address list in outlook?
