My address book only has fax numbers in it, where did all
the email addresses go? When I upgraded I cannot access
my microsoft mail in-house account. I don't see it listed
in email account settings. I don't even see the option to
re-install it, as in previous versions of Outlook. I
still haven't got a reply about the To.. Cc.. boxes not
working either. I tried to create a new profile, as
suggested but it didn't correct the problem of not being
able to use the To.. or Cc.. to insert recipient
information from contacts. Please help

What did you upgrade from and to? Did you perform the upgrade on the same or
a different machine?

from v.2000 to v.2003 and on the same machine.

.

MS Mail is not officially supported in Outlook 2003. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/msmail.htm for a workaround.

Are you maintaining email addresses in your Outlook Contacts folder? Are the
addresses for an individual contact underlined? Did you use the same .pst
file or import when you upgraded?
