Contacts By Last Name First

All of my contacts are listed as first name, last name. How can I change
them to be listed last name first?

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

If you double-click on a specific contact, you should see
on the left hand side of the screen on the 4th line that
says "file as:" click the bottom arrow on that field and
it should give you choices on how you would like to file
your contact information. Whether it be by first name or
even last name. Hope this helps.
Note: on the contact information is should read: Name; Job
Title; Company and then File As.
