Contacts are showing up twice- business fax and by email address

In my address book when I click on a specific folder the names are showing up
once under business fax number and once under their email addresses. I only
need the email addresses to show. How do I get the other not to show?
 
This is an issue that's been bugging users for years. Unfortuntaely there's
not much you can do about it. The only way to get the fax numbers not to
show is to munge them somehow. The easiest way is to put an F: in front of
them. Otherwise Outlook thinks they are valid electronic addresses.
