Running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Home. When I attempt
to select an address from my contacts by using the "To"
option of a new email, a "Select Names" box appears.
Within that box, there is a "Select Names From" drop down
which contains the word "Contacts." However, there are
no contact email address that appear in the pane below
from which to select. I populated the Contacts portion
of 2003 by copying my .pst files from 2000 and replacing
the .pst file that existed in 2003 version. All the
contacts are there, but I cannot address emails from
the "To:" option as noted above. Any help would be
appreciated.

How did you "copy" this PST file? Whatever you did severed the connection
between the Outlook Address Book and your Contacts Folder. Reset it:
Go to Tools | E-mail accounts, select "View or change existing directories
or address books" > Outlook Address Book > Change... and make sure the
Contacts folder(s) you want to display are listed. If any of them aren't
listed, and them. You may need to enable those Contacts folders as Outlook
Address Books by right clicking the folder, selecting Properties, clicking
the Outlook Address Book tab, and checking the "Show this folder as an
E-mail address book" box. Make sure you restart Outlook after making these
changes.

Thank you very much. This solved my problem!!!
