Contacts and Address Books in Outlook 2000

Additions made to Contacts do not get upgraded in the
Address Book and Vice Versa. When I get a new address in
the Inbox and right click to add to Contacts, it does not
show up in the address book. Group addresses in one do
not always match the other. This causes confusion when
doing forwarding versus creating new mail, etc. Any
suggestions are appreciated.

What mode of OL2000 are you using (check the second line here for your mode:
Help menu > About)? Also, do you have multiple 'Contacts' folder (from
multple PST files or an Exchange mailbox)

When I check on Help/About Microsoft Outlook, all I get
is "MIcrosoft 2000 INternet Mail Only 9.0.0.2711". Is
that what you mean by mode? I am not using and Exchange
mailbox. I may have multiple PST files, but what should
I do if I have? THanks for the tips. Jack
