I have transfered my outlook 2000 accounts to outlook
2003. Eveything is good exept my contacts dont show up in
the address book. All of the contacts are listed under
contacts, but when I click the "to" in new message ther
are no contacts. Any suggestions?

Is the Contacts folder an Outlook Address Book as well?
Check and see whether the option is selected on;
Rightclick the folder-> Properties-> tab Outlook Address Book

Yes it was all created in Outlook. When I go to proerties
of contacts..outlook address book, it doesn't allow any
options.

Alright then we have to add the service first.

To do this;
Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> choose Add a new directory address book-> choose
Additional Address Books-> Outlook Address Book
