How do I get the subfolders of "Contacts" to show up in my Address Book? I
am using Office 2000.

I have the same question. When I try to access the
"sub" contact folders for an address, they are not
available. There has to be a way to apply them.
I know I'm getting old but what does "Ibid" mean?

I found it.
Make either your outlook short cuts list or the folder list visible.
Click on the + beside contacts to expand list
Right click on one of your subfolders, go to Properties, select
Outlook Address Book Page, then check "show this folder as an
e-mail address book.

I hope this is what you needed.

"Ibid" means "referring to the previous reference."
It means I already answered another of your identical posts.
