I've got my Contacts folder set to "show this folder as an e-mail address
book". When I'm creating a new email and I click on the "To" button to
select my recipients, the contacts show up in the pop up window. However,
they are sorted by first name. I want them sorted by last name. I can't
seem to figure out how to do this. They are sorted by last name in the
contacts folder.

Also, is there a way to create folders (like you can in OE) that contain
groups of people you want to send email to without selecting each one
separately?

Seems like I'm missing the point somehow on this whole concept. Is there an
Outlook "address book" that I should be using and if so, how do I get to it
and how do I import these contacts into it?

TIA,

Andy
