can someone tell me how i can send an e-mail to microsoft?
i keep getting 'motive system'problems and when i go to
the link telling me what the problem is it tells me it
has to do with aol,but i'm not on line.
then i try to ask microsoft, and the site sends be to a
newsgroup! no offence to you guys out there but it would
be nice to talk directly with the great and powerfull
OZ,oh i meant MICROSOFT!
any ideas?

Well, you can find a link for emailing to MS on the Help
and Support screen! However, it will be a one-way
conversation unless you pony up the bucks.

I wonder if it would be possible to find a "friend" on
this forum? The knowledge is definitely there. Then, you
could get Remote Assistance.

I think the only way is to spend a minimum of
$19.95.They stopped phone support for 98 this summer. Not
like AOL where you can get help for free. I'm new and have
tried to contact MS for free, and it doesn't work, Bob

I would contact AOL like the link suggested. Just because you're not
online at the time, doesn't mean an AOL crapware isn't messing something
up.
