Hey all!:

Is there a direct link to E-MAIL a MICROSOFT technician
for FREE? I CANNOT find a way to contact a MICROSOFT
technician who gives 'FREE of Charge' services? If you
know, PLEASE e-mail me at (e-mail address removed), ASAP!!!!

Ang, hope your not using your real address, if so start using a fake one
IMMEDIATELY. Be alert, you'll be getting virus E-mails from those who
harvest addresses from News Groups.

Hey all!

Kevin - how do you know, for a fact, that there's NO direct link to E-MAIL a MICROSOFT technician
for FREE? I'm NOT doubting you, I'm just asking

The short answer is a firm NO

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacture
Gateway, Dell, HP etc sell OEM Windows and thus none of them are
entitled to free support from Microsoft.
If you have OEM, you get the support from the seller.
