Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2002 on XP home. I've a 2 questions:

1) When I click on "Contact" I see the individual entries
but when I click on "Address Book" some entries
have "Business Fax" also listed as an email address?

2)When I type in a email address the possible name starts
appearing but its not in the order of the "contact" and
these names can never be found in this list. I suspect it
was created when I reply a mail but I can't seem to find
the option to prevent the creation of these addresses.

3)This is related to Q2, when I type in the name it
doesn't seem to get a match until when I click send then
the possible match from my "contact" appears, why is this
so?

Please help, this is driving me nuts!!

Regards,
Kenny

1. Was there a question here? Looks like a statement. This is normal
behavior. Fax numbers are electronic addresses. The address book displays
your electronic addresses.

2. They are in your autocompletion cache, a file with an NK2 extension. Turn
off autocompletion ("Suggest Names") if you don't want to store these
entries.

3. You are now talking about autoresolution (Automatic Name checking), an
entirely different feature from autocompletion. It uses your Contacts data,
not the autocompletion cache.
