Is there a way to make a text user-defined field that has a drop down menu? I
am trying to make a field that has a system version for each contact. I would
like to be able to choose from a list of systems.

What if I want to change a field in the Field Chooser list into a droplist? (
that I could use over and over?).

Outlook does not support custom drop-down lists in the Field Chooser. You
would need to follow the procedure I outlined in my earlier message.

I want to design a "Design View" form. Where do I find this form so I can
design it? I want one of the view column to be droplist.

Sorry, but I don't know what you mean by a "Design View" form.

I still don't know what you mean. "Design a 'Define View' " make any more
sense. Do you mean that you want to define a custom view? What version of
Outlook?

YOu mean the dialog for creating a custom view? View | [Arrange By] |
Current View | Define Views. Note that Outlook does not support custom
drop-down lists in views.
