Hi,
I just started with BCM, so this may be a silly question...
a) I expected that contact information in the contacts folder and in the
business contacts folder would be compatible (after all, business contacts
are also contacts, and you want to record the same kind of information); not
so, the BCM contacts have only a small subset of fields present in the
contacts folder, which makes it next to unusable (e.g. it does help to
record name of spouse, hobbies etc. even and especially in a business
context)
b) Even more basic, is there any way to record the persons title (which is
kind of important)? At least in German speaking countries, the typical
business letter starts with <salutation (dependent on sex)> <title> <name>,
and leaving out the title is considered impolite at best by many. As an
aside, the field is also missing in contacts, but can at least be user
defined.
