I have just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. In
Outlook 200 I had my contacts organized in directories,
subdirectories and sub-subdirectories. In the 2003
presentation I do not get a directory tree, just a long
list of single level directories. Please advise how to
organize then into a directory tree. The mail files work
just fine with a many tiered directory structure.

Elbert

What do you mean by subdirectories? Do you mean separate Contact Subfolders?
Have you tried looking in the Folder List view to see your entire tree?

I have the navigation Pane turned on. For email that gives
me the tree view. For contacts it gives me one strainght
list of direcotries and subdirectories -- no tree. I'm not
finding a place where I can turn on Folder List view. some
of my contacts are being accessed opening the Outlook data
file of the previous version of Outlook.

Shalom, Elbert

Look at the icons at the bottom of the Navigation Pane.
See Folder List? See if that displays your entire tree.
