I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003.
In the previous version of Outlook, the program
accomodated sub-folders within the main Contacts folder.
Outlook 2003 only recgonizes contacts in the main contact
folder when selecting contacts while creating a new
email, creating a new distribution list, etc.
One proposed solution was to use categories within the
main Outlook folder. This will not work because when
creating a new email, or creating a new distribution
list, you cannot filter the contacts, it just lists all
of the contacts an a VERY extensive list.
Is there a way that Outlook 2003 can recgonize contacts
within sub-folders? Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!
