Contact Options not Available

Hello All,

I have a user with Outlook 2003, when she goes into
Contacts>Properties>Outlook Address Book tab and tries to
Show this folder as an email Address Book it is greyed
out/unavailable. She is an administrator on the local
machine (XP Pro) and I have several other users same XP
Pro/Office 2003 setup that DON'T have this issue. Any
ideas?

Go to Tools > Email Accounts > check "View or change existing
directories or address books" > is the Outlook Address Book present > if it
is present then remove it close and restart Outlook and then re-add it > if
it isn't present then add it > close and restart Outlook.
