Background
1) Upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 200
2) In 2000, when writing an email, I select "TO" and receive the "SELECT NAME" drop down menu listing the names in my contact book including "qualifying" information such as email address, fax, etc. Example: If I want to send an email to Dave Smith, I click "TO" and see Smith, Dave (Email), Smith, Dave (Email 2), Smith, Dave (Business Fax) etc
3) In 2002, when I select "TO" the "qualifying" information is missing. Using the above example, I see Smith, Dave listed three times but don't know what is email versus fax, etc
How do I get Outlook 2002 to show information/options about the contact name(s) in the "SELECT NAME" drop down menu
Thanks.
