Hi - I am using outlook XP/2002. I have set outlook up so that when I enter
the firts few characters of a contact it offers all poss alternatives. Now
as time has gone by many of those possible contacts have changed. What also
appears in the list is misspelt and incorrect contacts which is anoying.

What I need to do is get rid of some of them and change others. These
contacts don't appear in "contacts" or anywhere else I have looked. Surely,
there must be away of editing this list?

Any thoughts?

Cheers

Russ - many thanks. It's rather odd that they can't be edited in list form
though isn't it!

Cheers

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:

Yes it is. You can send Outlook feature requests to (e-mail address removed)
with "Outlook" in the subject and to (e-mail address removed)
