I am a realtor and would like to know if anyone has experience using ms
office 2003 as a contact database managment

It will work, but be aware of its limitations.

2. You can set a family as an Account and link spouse and kids into that

I am in the process of creating a realtor-specific set of guidelines for BCM
and MS CRM. My only concern is that I can't sync to WM 5.0 from BCM and
that's simply not acceptable to my clients who have the latest PDAs.
