How do I turn off, or remove, the Business Contact Manager tool bar?

I have a drop down menu, which I will use before I use a tool bar, and all
these uncontrollable tool bars do is clutter up my working area and are very
annoying.

Why does microsoft and other programmers continue to force what should be
optional components on us?

Toolbar annoying clutter? Just wait till you meet the ribbon in Office
12...

I have found through reading other posts in this forum that even though
Microsoft has sold the Business Contact Manager as part of their NEW Outlook
2003 application they, like so many other less scrupulous people, now claim
that since Business Contact Manager is a "Third" party, even though it comes
from Microsoft, add-in for Outlook that they can not provide any fixes for it
or the Outlook 2003 interface for tool bar placement.

They have distanced themselves from their own product, claiming "It's not my
fault."

How can they since their own "default" Outlook tool bars are hard wired and
can no longer be modified by the end-user to be productive tools?
