contact manager problem

I am unable to enter name in Primary contact field, and the account history
on all contacts list my email history

Try clearing Outlook's Form Cache. The button to do so is hidden in an
Outlook dialog. A quicker solution is to delete the form cache
folder. The instructions, I notice, have disapeered in Outlook 2007's
help pages. You can search this newsgroup for the details. This used
to happen a lot because of a bug in Outlook 2003 (fixed in SP1).
