HI all

I am currently looking for a way to organise our company Client Contacts more effectively and efficently. The solution seemed to be the BCM which suited our needs down to the ground. However got to the end of the document describing the use and found that you couldnt use it with Microsoft Exchange server!!

So its back to the drawing board! I'm after something that will allow me to keep track on emails linked to the contact in question and have a section for tasks related to that contact and any other types of contact that we may have (telephone etc).

I have Windows 2000 & Windows 2003 servers and all the workstations are Windows XP. Any ideas?

There are several dozen contact management tools that integrate with
Outlook, many using SQL Server as the backend database. See
