I am wanting to import a Microsoft Access 2007 contacts list into Outlook
2007, but I would like to have a new Contacts (or sub folder of the existing
one) used. How do I create a new Contacts list and still retain the personal
one that I have now? I need to separate the importing contacts as they are
strictly business. Please advise.

I am interested in this as well.
Once done, is it then possible to send an email to only this newly created
Contacts folder? Sort of how Distribution Lists work?

Required step before all else if this is a native Access '2007 database
(.accdb) - must convert it to a supported Access format (Access 97-2003 .mdb
file) or you won't be able to import anything. Other alternative, export the
data from Access to a CSV file and import the CSV file as per Ben's
response.

Yes, certainly. Just select all of the contacts in that Contacts folder and
do a "New Mail To"...

Of course, you might want to copy/paste those addresses from the TO: field
to the BCC: field, and watch out for contacts that have multiple e-mail
addresses but otherwise it should work fine.
