When I send a new email, and click on the TO: Outlook
Contacts are listed several times, however only one of
them works. Any ideas how I get rid on the Contacts that
do not work. I have removed them from the address book
and that does not seem to do it.

You will always have two names pop up whenever you have a
fax number in the phone field. One of the copies of the
name is the e-mail address and one is the fax number. I
don't know why this happens, but I live with it. Usually
the first copy of the name is the e-mail.
