We are running Outlook on a Windows 2000 TS server. When a user logs on,
their profile is copied from the default user profile. Outlook has the
wrong mail setup. I have to go into the Mail icon in Control Panel and
change the mailbox to point to the right one. This takes care of
everything except the contacts pointer.
When a user tried to send a new e-mail, they click on the "To:" button
and in the Select Names window, they click on the "Outlook Address
Book/"Contacts" menu item. It tells them that it doesn't exist or they
can open it. When I check the properties, it shows that this entry is
still pointing to the wrong mailbox.
How do I change this?
TIA,
