I recently upgraded to a new computer. I transferred all
of my Outlook information by exporting and importing
the .pst files to the new computer. Both old and new
machines use Outlook 2002 (old version from Office XP Pro,
new from Office XP Students & Teachers, don't know if that
makes any difference). When I click on the "To:" button,
I get the following message:
"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts
folder associated with this address list could not be
opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not
have permissions. For information on how to remove this
folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft
Outlook Help."
The Address Book is empty, even though all of my contacts
appear in the "Contacts" pane as expected. Any
suggestions?
