Contact list and email folders

I need to know where Outlook stores the files that contain
all undeleted emails, and the one that contains the
contact list. I moved everything from one hard drive to
another and now that I have reinstalled Outlook on the
original hard drive, I need to recover the old data, but
can't find it. Where do I look?
