Contact information does not appear in the address book in Outlook

Contact information does not appear in the address book in Outlook 2007.

I have a full contact list, but the address book is empty.

Going under "Tool"->"Account settings..."->"Address book" tab, I do see an
address book and when I click it and click on Change I see "Contact: Personal
Folder" under the address book name. So I am not sure what to do now.

State more clearly and accurately what you see in Tools > Account Settings >
Address Book.
State how you migrated your data to Outlook 2007.
