Dear Roady,
How can I make a group of contacts. Let's say about 10
people, and I want to send email to all 10 people by
clicking on a group(like manager group or hot contacts
gorup).
Is there any way

Regards
Anver

Hi Anver,

You can right-click the group and choose New Message to Contact or select it
and choose Actions-> New Message to Contact

Is this what you meant?

You mean a distribution List? Choose New-> Distribution List and select the
members

Dear Roady,

Yes some what, but how can I send mail with the
distribution list, I have to click on contacts and then
action, new message to contact, Any other way?
I mean like when I am in the Inbox, chose new mail, and
can I get the saved distribution list over there? (instead
of clicking contacts and action)

Select New Mail and type in the name of the distribution list in the "to"
field. That's all you need to do.

Ah, a real "one button" solution?

You can achieve this by customizing your Toolbar and create a pre address
mail either in a menu or as a button directly on the Toolbar. I've got this
explained in a How To article on my site;
