In Outlook 2000, I had my contacts in seperate folders, which contained
sub-folders, such as...

Family
-Sisters
-Brothers
-Children
etc...

In Outlook 2003, sub-folders are no longer subfolders? Is there a fix for
this? I converted/imported my contact data from 00 to 03.

Yes, they are, but the Contacts view in the Navigation Pane will show them
all no matter what level they occupy. Switch to the Folder List view and
you'll see the hierarchy.

By the way, NEVER import a PST. There's no need and you lose information.

"Switch to the Folder List view and you'll see the hierarchy."
Not to be stupid, but how do i do that and will that make the folders appear
with their sub-folders in order?

Click the "Folder List" icon at the bottom of the Navigation Pane.
