Contact folders

I have set up my contact folder with four sub folders as so
Customers
Suppliers
Sub Contractor
Employees
Personal
The four sub folders are not accessible when i'm in contact and doing a mail
merg. why not?
 
Are they enabled as Email address Books || right click and go into their
Properties and select Outlook Address Book and check the box to enable. You
can also start the merge from Outlook Contacts by selecting the required
Contacts and selecting Tools || Mail merge.
