Seems I have a duplicate of my various contacts in my
24 catagories. Might there be an easy way to cancel or
delete replicated entries?? Or is it the usual longform
of deleting one at a time!

What makes you think you have duplicates? If you are viewing contacts with
the By Category view, it's normal for a contact to appear under two
categories if the item is set to two different categories.

Hello Sue, these contacts are only under one filing
catagory -- each contact is listed twice.
