Contact Folder

I am having problems with the format of my contacts in
Outlook XP - trying to display the name and the firm in
the header - some entries show the name and the company,
others just show the name). A company is included on all
the entries. I am using the address card view. Any ideas?
 
Check the settings you configured for your "File As..." field.
Tools > Options > Preferences > Contact Options
