Oops. I can't find an easy way to examine the creation date of a folder.
However, if you have any items in it, display the folder in a table view and
add the Creation date to the header line. The oldest item date will provide
an approximation of the folder creation date or, at least, an upper bound on
that date (i.e., the folder cannot be more recent than that date).
