With Windows 98 it was easy to set this up. However, now that the system that stores all the primary contacts and calendar has been upgraded to a XP machine, it no longer will allow other machines to view these contacts. Any ideas??

If you do not need to have alot of people view this than
you could delegate authority to each of them or to a
group. Or you could make those contacts public

It's not the Windows version that matters, but the Outlook version, which
you forgot to mention.

In the meantime, see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm
