Contact Accuracy Software?

I have been using software called Accucard (Corex), it sends an email to
everyone in my contacts folder and asks (offers) them to confirm accuracy or
update the information in my folder.

I LOVE the software, but it has always been buggy and now is completely
unusable. Even the manufacturers tech team acknowledges the instability of
the software.

does anyone know of ANY software that fits this description, yet is stable
and consistenly usable?
